June 2025 – Present
A mobile app for the clients of a company specializing in freight transportation. The service allows users to conveniently track the status of all shipments — by sea, air, rail, and road
Missions we accomplished
Create an informative and user-friendly mobile app where the company’s clients can check the current status of their shipments, track the location of their cargo, and contact their manager via chat
Tasks:
- Develop a mobile app for iOS and Android
- Integrate with the service’s backend
- Implement a map to track the real-time status of shipments
- Implement a chat for communication with the manage
- Develop shipment functionality with the ability to view detailed information and filter results
Our results
3 months from idea to launch
Reduced the workload on managers who previously handled client requests by phone
Provided clients with convenient 24/7 access to real-time shipment updates
Reduced the number of human-related errors
Implemented solutions
Developed mobile apps for Android and iOS and integrated them with the client’s service backend. To enable convenient shipment tracking, we implemented a range of features:
- Shipment tracking : View the status of shipments and their current location in real time
- Shipment filtering : Quickly find the shipments you need by loading or unloading dates, country, and transportation type
- Detailed information : Get complete information for each shipment: route, vehicle, cargo movement map, and manager contact details
- Communication with the manager : Reduce the need for phone calls by communicating directly with your manager within the app
