Which of these situations sounds like you?

icon

Uncertainty

You have a product idea and a budget to start, but you're not sure how to quickly and cost-effectively validate demand for it

icon

Price discrepancy

You've reached out to several contractors, received quotes ranging from $5,000 to $30,000, and don't understand the difference

icon

No-code limitations

You tried Lovable or Bolt, but never got to a production version you could show investors or first customers

icon

Working product

An investor or partner wants to see a live product, not presentations and Figma mockups

icon

Competition

You understand the market won't wait, and every month of delay means lost positions and clients

icon

Looking for a partner

You've had development experience before, but it didn't meet expectations, so now you're looking not just for a contractor, but a technical partner

MVP Starter is the fastest path from idea to market launch

An MVP is a minimal version of a product that performs a specific task for a specific audience. It includes no unnecessary functionality, only what's needed to validate a hypothesis, secure first sales, or attract investment.

There are two extremes in MVP development: adding too many features and spending a year and your entire budget before the first client, or adding too few and ending up with a product that doesn't achieve its goals. MVP Starter is built on the right balance between functionality and business outcomes.

We deploy MVPs on our proprietary low-code platform, Spiro. A dedicated team is assigned to your project: a project manager, business analyst, UI/UX designer, developers, and QA.

What's Included in MVP Starter

step 1

Scope and architecture

If you have a Discovery Pack: we move to the next step.

If you don't have a Discovery Pack: we run a scoping session covering which features are essential for the MVP, which ones to postpone to Phase 2, and which technical architecture fits best.

Result: we formalize User Stories, defining what each type of user can do within the product. We finalize the scope and lock in the price.

step 2

UI/UX Design

The designer creates the product screens in Figma: wireframes → alignment → final UI. Includes a responsive mobile version. A clickable prototype is available for testing or investor demonstrations even before development begins.

step 3

Backend and business logic

Development of the server side: business logic, database, API, authorization, and user roles. Environment setup: dev, staging, and production. CI/CD for automatic build and deployment with every update.

step 4

Frontend or mobile app

Web: React or Next.js. Fast, SEO-ready, and scalable.

Mobile: Flutter for iOS and Android.

Connection to the backend, implementation of all screens according to the Figma design, animations, and transitions. Push notifications, deep links, and offline mode as needed.

step 5

Integrations

Depending on the product type: payment systems (Stripe, LiqPay, Fondy), email and SMS notifications (SendGrid, Twilio), Google Maps and geolocation, social logins (Google, Apple, Facebook), basic analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), CRM or other business systems as needed.

step 6

QA, deployment, launch

Functional testing on real devices and browsers. Verification of critical scenarios, including registration, payment, and key actions. Setup of the production environment and monitoring.

For mobile: preparation of App Store and Google Play listings, completion of the review process.

Handover of access and documentation. Training for your team.

What results will you get from MVP Starter?

A finished product
in production

A web application on your domain or a mobile app on the App Store and Google Play. A fully functional first version, ready to work with clients.

A Figma file
with the design

A complete set of screens and components, plus a design system that supports the product's further development.

Access

What does this look like in practice?

case №1

Fintech startup

Flutter Mobile MVP 7 weeks

Request: development of a mobile lending service had taken 3 months and $8,000, but stalled at 70% completion due to issues with KYC and the payment system.

Result: a Flutter app for iOS and Android with KYC via Sumsub, scoring, fund disbursement through the bank's API, and push notifications. The service passed its first tech DD from an investor with no issues.

case №2

B2B marketplace

Web MVP 8 weeks

Request: a B2B platform for direct sales between manufacturers and distributors, featuring a product catalog, pricing, deal management, and document workflow.

Result: a two-sided platform with a catalog and search, a request and quote system, document signing, and an admin panel. Within 6 weeks of launch, the platform saw its first 12 deals.

case №3

On-demand service

Flutter + Backend 9 weeks

Request: a cleaning service platform with three roles (client, provider, coordinator) for booking services and monitoring.

Result: a Flutter mobile app for clients and providers (iOS + Android), a web panel for coordinators, geolocation, status updates, Stripe for payments, and push notifications.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need a technical spec to get started?

No. It's enough to understand what problem the product solves and for whom. We develop the technical spec together during the process. If you've already completed the Discovery phase, the scope of work is already defined.
