Which of these situations sounds like you?

icon

Uncertainty

You have a mobile product idea and budget to get started, but aren't sure how to validate demand quickly and without overspending

icon

No-code limitations

You tried Lovable or Bolt, but never reached a production version you could show investors or early customers

icon

Budget

You need an app for both iOS and Android, but your budget doesn't allow for building two separate products with two teams

icon

Pricing discrepancies

You've contacted several vendors and received quotes ranging from $5,000 to $40,000, with no clear reason for the difference

icon

A working product

An investor or partner wants to see a live product, not presentations and Figma mockups

Technical expertise

You're launching a startup without a technical co-founder and aren't sure how to build the right mobile architecture from the start

Consumer App MVP is the fastest path to market for your B2C product

A Consumer App is a mobile application built for the end user. What matters here isn't just features, but speed, usability, and first impressions: a simple onboarding flow, instant payment processing, personalized push notifications.

B2C apps have their own specifics that call for a flexible approach to development. Architecture, UX, and technology stack choices directly affect conversion, retention, and app store ratings. We factor in these metrics from the very start of the project.

We build Consumer App MVPs on Flutter, a cross-platform technology that lets us develop for iOS and Android simultaneously. A single codebase cuts both timeline and cost in half compared to native development of two separate apps.

What's included in Consumer App MVP?

step 1

Discovery and scoping

Already have a Discovery Pack? We move straight to the next step.

No Discovery Pack yet? We run a scoping session to define which screens and features are essential for the MVP, which can be deferred to Phase 2, and which architecture best fits your product type.

We formalize User Stories and finalize the scope.

step 2

UX/UI design

We design the user experience based on your audience and product type. Wireframes → alignment → final UI. Responsive design for iOS and Android following platform guidelines. A clickable prototype for testing or investor demos.

step 3

Flutter development for iOS and Android

A single codebase for both platforms: we build the app on Flutter while following native UI patterns for iOS and Android, including navigation logic, gestures, and interface element behavior. This includes backend integration, implementing all screens from the Figma design, and animations and transitions.

Key Consumer App modules: onboarding and authentication (email, Google, Apple Sign-In), user profile, catalog or content feed, cart with checkout, payment system, push notifications, deep links, offline mode as needed.

step 4

Backend and API

Server-side development: business logic, database, REST or GraphQL API, authentication, user roles.

Environment setup: dev, staging, production. CI/CD for automated build and deployment on every update.

step 5

Integrations

Depending on product type: payment systems (Stripe, LiqPay, Fondy, Apple Pay, Google Pay), email and SMS notifications (SendGrid, Twilio), geolocation and maps, social logins and Google/Apple Sign-In, basic analytics (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude), CRM or other business systems as needed.

step 6

QA, deployment, launch

Functional testing on iOS and Android devices.

Testing of critical scenarios: registration, payment, key user action.

App Store and Google Play listing preparation: screenshots, description, metadata, icons.

Support through the review process. Handover of all access and documentation. Training for your team on working with the product.

What results will you get from the Consumer App MVP?

App live on the App
Store and Google Play

A full first version of your mobile product, published on both platforms and ready to work with real users.

Figma
design file

A complete set of screens, components, and a design system for iOS and Android, forming the foundation for further product development.

Flexibility in product
development

You get access to the product's code via GitHub or another repository. No vendor lock-in: you can continue development with us or with another team.

Admin panel or
operations dashboard

A basic web interface for managing content, users, and orders, depending on the product type.

Technical
documentation

Architecture overview, API documentation, deployment and support instructions. A new developer can join the project without involving the previous team.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a technical specification to get started?

No. It's enough to know what problem the app solves and who it's for. We define the spec and scope together at the start. If you've already completed Discovery, the scope is set and we move straight to design.

What's the advantage of Flutter over native development?
Will I be able to update the app's content myself?
