The project's functionality is quite extensive and consists of many modules, but here we will focus on the most interesting ones from a technical perspective

• Employees working within a unified system : ERP functionality allows specialists from different departments to work and interact in a single system without using third-party tools. With automation and predefined process algorithms, the human factor and the risk of errors are eliminated.
• Automation of complex company operations : There are many different business processes in a company that are closely related and interdependent on each other. Due to thorough analysis and professional implementation of functional modules, complex processes now require significantly less time and effort from employees, each of whom follows the specific workflow of their process.
• System of roles and permissions : The company has more than 14 roles for employees, each of which has its own permissions, restrictions, responsibilities, and obligations. These roles are customized for each of the processes and entities within the implemented business processes.
• Responsibility and delegation of authority functionality : Within the system, users with the appropriate permissions can assign responsible employees to processes so that each employee clearly understands their area of responsibility in a particular process. Also, in case of temporary absence of a responsible person, another employee can be given the appropriate rights for a specified period of time to temporarily perform the required functions.
• Reporting module : A very important feature is the ability to review reports on various system entities: orders, invoices, movements, processing acts, and others. The ERP functionality allows you to filter specific entities by various parameters, as well as generate summary reports and exports for viewing, exporting, or transferring to the accounting system.
• Notification module for key business process events : Materially responsible persons should receive notifications via their chosen messenger about all key events that affect the corresponding business processes.
• Functionality for checking the availability of warehouse stocks : To avoid the human error factor, the system includes a functionality with a series of checks for the feasibility of a particular action: movement between warehouses or facilities, availability of materials for processing within one storage facility, the ability to write off or dispatch goods or materials from a particular warehouse.
