Spiro 2.25 is all about fundamental changes to the user experience. At the core of this release is a completely new approach to navigation and flexible menu customization tailored to each operator’s needs. Keep reading for all the details.
In Spiro 2.25, we’ve reimagined and refined one of the system’s core elements – the menu. It’s something users interact with every day, so it needs to be as intuitive and user-friendly as possible.
The custom operator menu is a brand-new feature that simplifies navigation and brings even more flexibility to daily operations. You can now tailor the structure of the Spiro menu to your needs: rename sections, combine, add or rearrange items. Instead of a standard layout, you get a fully customizable hierarchy of system modules built around real-world use cases. Everything can be easily adapted to match your company's internal terminology, user roles and business logic.
Spiro allows you to build a menu of any complexity, with multiple levels of nesting and exactly the set of items needed for a specific role.
For instance, super admins can retain full access to all sections, while other operators see only a limited set of essential items. The interface shows only what's relevant for their day-to-day tasks. This leads to a significantly better user experience achieved by personalizing the workspace and reducing information overload.
And with every project, the menu structure configuration logic is fully tailored to your unique needs and requirements. This update is part of our strategic plans for 2025, driven primarily by feedback from our clients.
Along with the custom operator menu, Spiro 2.25 introduces several targeted updates that enhance system interaction. Below is a brief overview of some of these improvements.
With the 2.25 release, document templates have become even more flexible – you can now set different date formats depending on the context. This handy feature saves time by automatically applying the appropriate date format for each document type.
We made some changes to the entity creation pop-ups too. We added tabs, so now you can quickly fill in the required fields without switching between screens – all the information is conveniently available in a single window.
And overall, all the new features – from major navigation updates to minor interface tweaks – are designed to create the most comfortable working environment within the system.
