Case: Viessmann Service Portal

A cross-platform mobile app featuring personal web portals for installers and service organizations of Viessmann, a leading manufacturer in the HVAC market. As part of this project, we implemented a range of unique features that combine the capabilities of a custom PRM with the convenience of a mobile application.

Viessmann Service Portal allows contractors to register completed work offline: all data is stored and validated as soon as an internet connection becomes available. This ensures process continuity and reduces the risk of information loss.

The barcode scanning feature automates the process of entering equipment serial numbers, reducing the risk of human error and speeding up task registration. Additionally, we have integrated the ability to automatically fill in the client's address based on the device's geolocation, streamlining the task registration process.

We have optimized the process for registering equipment startups and added two steps to the registration form for this type of work: selecting the type of equipment and filling out a technical questionnaire. Upon completing the registration, an electronic equipment startup certificate is automatically generated, containing all questions and answers from the technical questionnaire related to this equipment.

Thus, the implementation of a mobile app enables the automation of operations and minimizes the risk of errors. Centralized access to data and the ability to monitor key performance indicators in real-time ensure transparency in operations and enhance coordination among the company's departments
