The patient's personal digital space includes a chat with a specialist, a personal profile, and additional settings for choosing a notification channel, subscription type, and payment methods. The functionality of the psychologist's cabinet contains a list of chats for communication with patients and provides the ability to keep personal records of sessions.

The core of the service is a chat between a patient and a psychologist. Users can exchange text, audio, and multimedia messages in various formats. Although the main focus of the service is on the text communication between a patient and a psychologist, we cannot ignore the audience of users with special needs. Therefore, we have implemented the option of exchanging voice messages, the maximum duration of which is 5 minutes, and the playback mode can be doubled.

Therefore, by offering a wide range of options for monitoring health and interacting with medical professionals, mobile apps help improve the quality of healthcare.
