Spiro 2.21-2.22 – Release Overview

Spiro 2.21 and 2.22 are the result of extensive work aimed at improving the platform's stability and flexibility. We have significantly expanded the marketing functionality, simplified system settings, and enhanced the UX. Each process has become more transparent and manageable: now you can quickly review the entire communication history, easily visualize user connections, and track their events in the system. Let's take a closer look at these and other Spiro features.
Marketing activity control
Communication history management
With the latest Spiro releases, managing marketing activities and communications has become even more convenient. The "Communication History" section now includes two new subsections, where you can quickly access all sent messages and campaign sessions in one place. The system’s functionality enables centralized analysis and monitoring of large volumes of data without unnecessary steps.
Marketing funnel
The functionality for creating marketing funnels in the system allows for flexible configuration and refinement of customer engagement strategies. Now, Spiro users can build funnels by selecting periods and events to be displayed at each stage.
The platform allows you to build funnels not only based on marketing data but also using all events in the system, including internal ones like order processing. This enables precise tracking of users' journeys through various stages of interaction. With the visualization of this process, you can identify where drop-offs or conversion declines occur and make timely adjustments to improve performance.
Event chains
Event chains in Spiro provide a convenient way to track the sequence and frequency of specific actions performed by users. To use this feature, you simply need to define the events to be recorded in the chain, and the system will automatically display how many times each of them has been triggered.
Spiro also calculates the average time between events within a single session, providing insights into user behavior dynamics.
For instance, a significant delay between adding an item to the cart and completing the purchase may indicate barriers in the checkout process.
As a result, detailed event chain statistics help not only to gain a deeper understanding of behavioral patterns but also to optimize the user journey.
Unified property setup interface
To simplify working with system entities, we have improved the property editing interface in the operator panel. Now, all necessary parameters are gathered in one block, allowing you to easily and quickly configure entity properties.
We have structured all elements on the page, updated buttons in forms, and added detailed descriptions to make the entity setup process even more intuitive. Additionally, we have unified the user card interface, so now all sections – from documents and tasks to invoices and events – have the same structure and design.
Visualization of user connections
The improved user relationship functionality in Spiro enables you to effortlessly track all interactions, events, and entities associated with a specific user. Now, when viewing a user card, you can easily visualize all their connections with other system entities.
In this version of Spiro, we have significantly simplified navigation and connection analysis within the system compared to the traditional method of filtering by individual parameters.
Enhanced transaction interface
Another UX improvement in the new release is the enhanced user accounts and transactions interface. All screens in these sections have been redesigned to be more structured, minimalist, and intuitive, making it even easier to work with large volumes of financial data.
Spiro release overview
We've updated the Spiro release overview interface to help users quickly navigate system updates. Now, you can see what's changed in the latest version, compare it with the current one, and review all previous releases. And if an update is needed, you can easily submit a request.
New login form
And the final update we’d like to share in this release: we've refreshed the login form and added a dynamic touch with an animated logo. After all, Spiro is about seamless workflows, and every aspect of the user experience matters.
The flexibility of Spiro’s settings allows you to tailor the system to your business processes and streamline operations.
